Cllr Kate Birtwistle   

Kate lives in Castle with her husband Anthony. Kate is a governor at Hartford High School and helps out with the After Dark youth club at St Michaels Church.

Kate's appointments include the Culture and Recreation Policy Development Board and the Cheshire Pensions Investment Panel.

Cllr Helen Weltman

Helen Weltman was born in Cheshire and is married with two children being educated in local state schools. She is a part time legal assistant with the Cheshire Constabulary and has previously worked for the House of Commons Library in London. Helen is strongly commited to the conservation of our natural habitats and is a member of the Cheshire Wildlife Trust.

Helen's appointments include the Customer Services Policy Development Board, the Scrutiny Committee and the Standards Committee.

Cllr Simon McDonald

Simon was born and bred in Northwich and is married with one child. Simon is a former service man with the Royal Airforce and is now employed in the chemical industry locally.

Simon's appointments include the Community Safety Policy Development Board.

Northwich East and Shakerley, including Northwich Witton, South Witton, Rudheath and Shakerley. 

Cllr Terry Birtwistle

Terry lives in Northwich with his wife and they have two grown up children. Terry is a site manager for Balfour Beatty. Terry's interests include football and motorcycle GP.

Terry's appointments include vice-chair of the Adult Services Policy Development Board.

Cllr George Miller

George lives in Rudheath and is a part time consultant.

George's appointments include the Customer Services Policy Development Board, Governance Committee, a reserve for the Finance and Performance Policy Development Board and also the Cheshire Police Authority Joint Appointments Committee.

Cllr Mark Stocks       

Mark is married to lynn and has three step children.  His interests include football, politics and racing.

Mark's appointments include the Community Safety Policy Development Board and Chair of the Local Development Framework Panel.  In addition Mark is the Cheshire West and Chester Champion for Design.
