Kate Birtwistle   

Kate lives in Castle with her husband Anthony. Kate is a governor at her former High School, Hartford.

Kate was the Cheshire West and Chester Fairtrade member champion during her time on CW&C.  She retains an interest in Fairtrade as part of the Northwich steering group.

Kate is a member of the Save Our Northwich Inpatient Campaign (SONIC) and is passionate to see the beds at the VIN re-opened as soon as possible.

Terry Birtwistle

Terry lives in Northwich with his wife and they have two grown up children. Terry is a site manager for Balfour Beatty. Terry's interests include football, motorcycle GP, and more recently, T20.

Terry's was the vice-chair of the Health and Wellbeing Select panel.  Terry is also a member of SONIC.

 

Davenham and Moulton:

Cllr Helen Weltman

Helen Weltman was born in Cheshire and is married with two children being educated in local state schools. She is a part time legal assistant with the Cheshire Constabulary and has previously worked for the House of Commons Library in London. Helen is strongly commited to the conservation of our natural habitats and is a member of the Cheshire Wildlife Trust.

Helen's appointments include the Customer Services Policy Development Board, the Scrutiny Committee and the Standards Committee.

George Miller

 

George lives in Rudheath and is a part time consultant.

Shakerley:

Cllr Mark Stocks       

Mark is married to lynn and has three step children.  His interests include football, politics and racing.
