Northwich West Ward Walks:

Thursday 29th July Northwich West Councillors Kate Birtwistle, Simon MacDonald and Helen Weltman will be taking to the streets of Winnington to chat to local residents about the issues which affect them.  Meet them at the Iron Bridge, Moss Road at 6pm.

Ward Walks:

We will shortly publish a full list of proposed ward walks for Northwich West.

A first brain storming session has taken place at the Weaver Hall Museum and Work House (formerly the Salt Museum).  The meeting was very constructive, a lot of thoughts about Northwich came out, strengths, weaknesses etc.  There will be another meeting shortly and we'll keep you posted on developments.

Riversdale Bridge:

We are delighted that Riversdale Bridge has secured funding which will re-establish a vital link, improve the cycle network and cut significant distances for pedestrians and school children travelling across the ward.  We are even more pleased that the preferred low level bridge option has been agreed. Work on the bridge is underway and is due to complete in the Autumn.
